The Destiny user will only need Internet access and an installed map tool like google maps or other.
HandMap Drawing Tool relies on KML (Keyhole Markup Language), so almost any smart and Java enabled device could open the map.
Oh!, and if you can not, then you can open directly in your mobile browser :-D
